Through generations, Page's Resort Group has been a family business and we are proud that it remains so today as an integral part of our Gabriola community. Today, the stewardship of this unique piece of paradise in the southern Gulf Islands is made up of two special properties: Page's Resort & Marina and Page's Inn on Silva Bay.
Whether you're staying with us in a cottage, suite, campsite or in the marina, you will feel the same level of care, consideration, and comfort we pride ourselves on delivering. Our team (including our four-legged greeters!) is dedicated to making your stay the best it can possibly be and celebrates the opportunity to have Page's be a part of your island getaway.
To assist you as you plan your visit to our boutique island resort, we have outlined some key details that will help you get familiar with our policies and procedures.
We can't wait to welcome you to Page's and have you explore what we, as well as the rest our beautiful island, have in store!

Rates: All rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to applicable Canadian taxes.
Minimum Stays: We require a two-night minimum stay on weekends and a three-night minimum stay on long weekends during our summer holidays (Jun 27-Sept 3, 2024) and mid-season periods (Apr 1-Jun 26, 2024 & Sept 4-Oct 31, 2024).
Payment: While we do not take a deposit to make a booking, we do require a Visa or MasterCard to confirm your reservation. You will be charged for your booking in full on the date of arrival.
Weekly Rates & Longer Stays: We are delighted to offer a weekly rate of seven nights for the price of six. If you are interested in a stay of longer than one week, please call us at 250-247-9351 or email us at info@pagesinn.com and we would be happy to help.
Locations: Yes, there are indeed two Page's properties! Please be aware that Page's Resort & Marina is located at 3350 Coast Road and Page's Inn on Silva Bay at 3415 South Road. It is a 5-minute drive or short 15-minute walk through the connector trail between the two.
Check-In/Check-Out Times: In our cottages and suites, check-in is after 3pm and check-out is by 11am. In our campground and marina, check-in and check-out are both at 12pm. If you would like an earlier check-in, please call us at 250-247-9351 or email us at info@pagesresort.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Pets: We welcome pets in all of our units! We charge a $20/pet fee per night. There is no charge for pets in the campground. We require all pets to be leashed around our other guests and picked up after.
Quiet Time: We are proud to consider ourselves a family-oriented resort for everyone's enjoyment and ask that you please respect our quiet hours between 10pm to 8am.
Fires: While we do not allow open-burning fires in our campground or anywhere on our properties, you are welcome to bring your own propane firepit. A propane refill service is available at the local Co-op gas station in the village. You will however find s'mores supplies at Page's L'il Market!
Seafood & Shellfish: If you are enjoying the bounty of our Island's fragile shellfish population, we ask that you please dispose of any shells back into the ocean. You will find the information you need about fishing licenses here.
Additional Cleaning Fees: Please leave our properties as tidy as possible. If a unit is left in a particularly poor state, extra cleaning charges may apply at $35/hour.
Page's Li'l Market: Our main office (at 3350 Coast Road) is also home to Page's Li'l Market, a one-stop-shop for all essentials at the south end of Gabriola. Our store features a small but diverse selection of basic groceries, a wide range of wine, beer and spirits in the liquor store and some great local frozen meats and prepared meals. Some other notable items we carry to save you from having to bring them, or just in case you happen to forget them: books (and lots of them), block and cubed ice, sunscreen, small propane cannisters, small toiletries, pet food, etc.
Kayak & SUP Rentals: We would love to send you out on the water and around the Flat Top Islands! We offer kayak and SUP rentals by reservation at Page's Resort & Marina. If you are staying with us and are bringing your own kayak or SUP, we would be happy to help store it for you while you are here.
Showers: There are public showers for the use of all campground and marina guests at Page's Resort & Marina. The machines take two Loonies for three minutes of hot water. We are happy to make change for you at the office if necessary.
Laundry: Machines are available for guest use at Page's Resort & Marina. We have two washers and one dryer. The machines take $1.25 in Quarters per load of wash and dry.
Dish Washing Station: The campground does offer a dishwashing station with potable water. Dish soap is provided.
BBQs: There are two public use BBQs available on site at Page's Resort & Marina and one on site at Page's Inn on Silva Bay. All propane and tools are provided.
Wood Burning Stoves: All five of our cottages feature a wood burning stove and all the wood required is available to you free of charge.
Beach Access: While there is no direct beach access at either of our two properties, there are some fantastic nearby trails (including those in Drumbeg Provincial Park) that will get you down to the water.

Important Cancellation Note: Please be aware that if you are booking across different unit types (cottages, suites, campground, moorage), the cancellation policy applicable to the individual unit will still apply. In the case that you book a cottage and transient moorage, for example, each respective cancellation policy applies.
A group booking is qualified as any reservation of 3 units or more across all unit types (cottages, suites, campground, moorage, as well as the meeting room).
As a group, we require one person act as the Primary Contact. This person is responsible for providing their Visa or MasterCard information to be able to hold units and assumes the full responsibility for any units left unbooked or released in time as per the cancellation policy. The Primary Contact is also responsible for communicating details of the group booking policy and procedure to their guests.
